Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Heroship Co. (“Heroship,” “we,” “us”) builds the technology, provider network, pharmacy and operations that health and wellness brands run on. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and business communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

01Scope

This policy covers heroship.com and related pages, our demo booking and contact forms, and our sales and partner communications with clinics, providers, pharmacies, creators and brands (“Partners”).

Patient health information is handled differently. When Heroship provides its platform, provider network, pharmacy or operations services to a Partner, we process their patients’ information on that Partner’s behalf, under a written agreement and, where it applies, as a business associate under HIPAA. Patients should refer to the privacy notice of the brand they receive care from. This policy does not replace any Notice of Privacy Practices.

03How we use information

We may use automated tools, including AI assistants, to help draft follow-ups, summarize conversations and route inquiries. People at Heroship oversee these tools.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without the notice and choices required by law. We share it only:

05Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number, you agree that Heroship may call or text you about your inquiry or demo, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

06Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Our public marketing-site analytics use an opt-out approach. You can disable these tools using Privacy choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals by keeping them disabled.

We use Google Analytics 4 on our public marketing pages to measure visits, traffic sources, demo-link clicks, page sections viewed, scrolling, FAQ interactions and product video engagement. Google receives usage and device information and may process it on servers outside your country. We do not send form responses, names, email addresses, patient information or account identifiers to Google Analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this implementation.

We also use Microsoft Clarity on the public homepage, app marketing page and clinics marketing page to create click and scroll heatmaps and replay browsing sessions. Microsoft receives website interaction, device and usage information, including page URLs, and may process it outside your country. We apply strict text masking before loading Clarity. We do not install this recording code on patient portals, account pages, booking forms or thank-you pages, and do not send names, email addresses, form responses or custom user identifiers to Clarity. Recordings are skipped when page URLs contain unrecognized query parameters or fragments, or referring URLs contain query parameters or fragments. Advertising storage is denied in the consent signal.

Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how Microsoft processes this information.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are enabled by default on eligible public marketing pages, without an upfront consent popup. Use the Privacy choices button and select Turn off analytics to disable both tools, or Turn on analytics to enable them again. We remember your explicit choice for up to 180 days when browser storage is available, and continue to honor previously saved opt-outs. If browser preference storage is unavailable, these tools stay off by default. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, both tools stay disabled. Turning analytics off removes this site's Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and reloads the page when necessary to unload the recording code. Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days; continued visits can refresh them.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.

Women’s BHRT training measurement

For the women’s BHRT campaign, Heroship uses first-party measurement to count anonymous browser journeys from the landing page through training clicks, new-account confirmation, course starts, and new course completions. We record the course, the first training-button placement, approximate device category (mobile or desktop), and step timestamps. The campaign measurement tables do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, account IDs, IP addresses, form entries, or detailed video playback data. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational access logs.

A random campaign cookie can connect these steps across Heroship’s website, Learning Center, and account onboarding in the same browser for up to 30 days. Only a hash of that cookie is kept in the measurement database. Anonymous journey records expire after 90 days and are removed by a daily cleanup. The landing page’s “Training analytics” control stops future campaign measurement across these Heroship subdomains. We also honor Global Privacy Control and previously saved website analytics opt-outs. This measurement does not load a third-party analytics or session-recording tool inside the Learning Center or account onboarding.

07Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
